Thai Amaranth Joins Food Taipei 2025

Updated: 3 days ago

Thai Amaranth has officially landed in Taiwan! Following the momentum from THAIFEX, the team is proud to announce our presence at Food Taipei 2025, one of Asia’s most influential international food expos. It’s another big leap for Thai agriculture, as we continue to introduce the power of ผักโขมไทย (Thai spinach) to the global market.

🌿 Bringing Thai Amaranth to Taiwan From farm innovation in Kanchanaburi to showcasing at world-class trade fairs, Thai Amaranth is redefining what a locally grown vegetable can be. At Food Taipei 2025, we’re presenting not just a product, but a platform: a collaboration-driven ecosystem that merges functional nutrition, clean-label ingredients, and agricultural sustainability.

Visitors to the booth can explore:

  • Horenso Matcha – our Thai spinach powder with matcha-like appeal

  • Functional Food Applications – including soups, snacks, and drinks

  • ✅ Frozen and processed spinach for industrial use

  • ✅ Stories of circular farming and contract grower success in Thailand

🤝 Meeting Partners, Creating Opportunities

Our presence at Food Taipei isn’t just about export—it’s about co-creation. Thai Amaranth welcomes food innovators, importers, health food brands, and sustainability-driven businesses to explore how we can work together.

We’ve already received interest from Taiwan, Japan, and Korea since our showcase at THAIFEX—and we’re excited to build deeper, more impactful relationships across Asia.

As global consumers shift toward plant-based, nutrient-dense, and transparent food sources, Thai Amaranth is ready to be a leading force in the next generation of clean and functional ingredients. It’s a proud moment for the team at VSC (Value Sourcing Co., Ltd.), and a promising sign for Thailand’s agricultural future.

  Follow the Journey

Thai Amaranth isn't just a product. It's a movement toward better health, sustainable farming,
